JOB DESCRIPTION
- Use Autodesk ReCap to process and manage point cloud data from laser scanners.
- Convert Point Cloud data into 2D AutoCAD drawings, focusing on architectural floor plans and as-built layouts.
- Participate in various projects, from residential buildings and offices to shophouses.
- Coordinate closely with the project team to ensure accuracy, schedule, and technical quality of drawings.
- Fully trained: Candidates without experience in Point Cloud and Autodesk ReCap will be intensively guided by the company from scratch.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications & Experience: CAD drafter proficient in AutoCAD. Fresh graduates (Fresher) are accepted, preferably with a major in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Drawing, or related fields.
- Software skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, especially good and precise layout deployment and technical detailing skills.
- No foreign language required, but must be capable of using translation software and reading/comprehending foreign documentation.
- Supplementary skills: Good spatial thinking, proactive learner, and fast adaptation to new technologies.
- Qualities: Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible for the quality of delivered drawings.
- Note: This is a highly meticulous, diligent, and repetitive role. It is not suitable for candidates looking for a highly creative or broad learning environment.
